I love my ultrasonic! I bought it a few months ago to help with my side job of cleaning tack for fellow horse girls, but I use it for my stuff too, of course. I put my glasses/sunglasses in it, the band for my Fitbit, my engagement ring, and any other jewelry/silver pieces from tack that will fit! It sure has sped up the cleaning process for me on these minute details!

I’m told with pave stones/shared prongs; you might have to be careful that it doesn’t shake them out, so always check your ring after removing to make sure you don’t have a stone missing.

I’ve had my ring a little over a week and had to get out my professional camera, so I ran it through, and it’s pretty as can be!

macpartyoftwo :  I have an ultrasonic cleaner and also a steam cleaner. I really do love the ultrasonic. It’s so easy to use and it cleans amazingly well. When I first bought it, I used it more often, but after hearing that pave stones can come loose after using the ultrasonic I kind of stopped. All I use now is a baby toothbrush, ultra fine paint brush, and dish soap for cleaning. I do miss the ultrasonic, though! >.<

How does it work? does it only work for jewellery with stones? or can it be used to polish gold

I have that same model and LOVE it!

My jewelry has never been cleaner, and I even use it to clean my eyeglasses with as well.

I use a mixture of water, dish soap, ammonia, and jewelry cleaner.

So clean and sparkly!

nelliemade :   steny03 :   lenapie :   macpartyoftwo :  I have a sapphire engagement ring surrounded by diamonds. Do you think using the ultrasonic cleaner on it would cause problems? Also is there any solution you put in the device? Amazon here I come!!

bluecutie00 :  I think the only stones you need to be careful about are opal, turquoise, and I definitly wounldn’t put anything with pearls in one. I use a mixture of water, dish soap, cleaning ammonia, and jewelry cleaner in mine.
