They look kind of like chigger bites to me. Were you walking in any tall grass?

No matter what bit you, surely it’ll heal in the next week or so. And there’s no way I would worry about wearing pants to cover bug bites in August.

They look like flea bites to me. That’s also a typical location for flea bites. Get some calamine lotion whatever is that will help!

Echoing pp’s they look like flea bites or sand flies.

Having said that thoug, every now and then I have a bad reaction to mosquito bites and they look exactly like your picture. I don’t know what causes the bad reaction but it probably happens to me 2-3 times a year?

Looks like chiggers, especially the pattern.

lovelyruby :  agree. I have a similar reaction to chigger bites. You can get a prescription hydrocortisone cream that helps (it’s stronger than the OTC). They itch like crazy (and then weep once you’ve over scratched them). The worst!

Chigger bites, I used clear nail polish on mine to stop the itch and dry them out.

Get calamine lotion, they definitely look like chiggers. Though I’ve had some crazy reactions to mosquito bites, but still doesn’t seem like kt

Yes to chiggers (up north we call them no-see-ums). They are the devil.
