@Shkragoldfish:  I agree. And I dont see how their would be any time to decorate before a 430 ceremony.  That’s a lot of extra stress on your wedding day.

@MissCountryGirl727:  Yeah it sounds like she’s just trying to be traditional. That’s not a bad thing necessarily, but logistically it wouldn’t make any sense. So if she keeps bringing it up I would keep pointing to the logic. Moms tend to be more traditional from what I’ve witnessed.

@MissCountryGirl727:  that sounds like a good, fun idea.  & girl, you should be ready to let go of control by that point.  I was so so grateful that I “had to get the bride to her beauty rest” when everybody else was staying up past 2 in the morning to put bouquets & centerpieces together the night before that one wedding.

also, like a PP said, If you haven’t yet, check out other ppl’s schedules.  I don’t get why, but it’s like there’s NO time before the wedding on the day of.  It’ll be way better if you transition the decor responsibilities for day of to other ppl now than if you have some meltdown the night before or morning of & need to try to do all the decor idea “transition” on the morning of or something atrocious.
