Is anyone else having issues changing their avatar? I’m uploading a picture within the specifications and WeddingBee even said the avatar is uploaded, but it’s not changing the display picture. I’ve even deleted my current one, but it pulls up my old avatar even though I am selecting a new picture. Advice please!!

I had this a couple of months ago. See at the very top of the webpage in the left corner where it says support – I posted my problem there and it got sorted. There were a few other reports of the same problem so I think it does happen for some reason.

I’ve had this problem uploading my current avatar. I tried everything from deleting the cookies in my browser, using different browsers, chaning the size of the avatar, changing the type file the avatar is and even tried using a PC and mac. I ended up giving up but the next day, it was uploaded.
I would suggest deleting your cookies, upload it again and waiting a few hours for it to process.

I had this problem as well, but after I logged out for a few hours, it changed on it’s own.

Thanks ladies! I’ve already deleted all my cookies and cache so I guess I’ll just wait it out. If it doesn’t resolve itself by tomorrow I’ll send a note to Support. Thanks again!

I did this a few weeks ago and it just took a little while to change!

My current avatar took about a week to show up when I changed it. It was kind of random, just popped up one day – finally – out of nowhere.
