I know lots of people ask similar questions but mine is a little differnt any help would be appreciated!
My dress came in! I went to try it on to see what type of heels I would need. When I tried it on it was tight just around the hips. I am not too worried but my mom was so she had one of the seamstresses look at it and the first thing she said was do you have spanx on, my response was no and she said oh well those will solve your problem. Umm thanks I really love being told I need spanx I spent the past 2 years losing almost 20 lbs. I really dont want to wear spanx as I find them uncomfortable and I really dont think I need to! Another much nicer seamstress came over and said it could be let out a little there so that wouldn’t even be a problem.
However while I was in the dress I realized the first layer of crinoline material starts mid way down my thighs and was itchy against my legs. I am afraid to put too many layers on under the dress since my wedding is outside in July I dont want to be too hot. Does anyone has a recommendation for a light layer that could be added that would stop the crinoline from itching? Or is that something that would go away once its steamed anyways? I didnt notice it when I tried on the sample.
