Hey everyone! I am have a very causal wedding on the beach in Tahoe. We have an uneven bridal party we have 7 groomsmen and 6 bridesmaids maybe even 5 if my cousin cannot make it out here. If we have 7 to 5 how should i have them all walk out and walk back? Its nrmal to have the Bridesmaid or Best Man stand up with the groom but it might be to odd. Any tips ladies? thanks!

I have 3 Bridesmaid or Best Man, Fiance has 5 Groomsmen. My maid of honor and the best man will walk together. My other 2 bridesmaids will have have 2 groomsmen each. Our other options is to have the last 2 groomsmen walk together (linked arms!).

We had an uneven bridal party as well. I had 4 Bridesmaid or Best Man and he had 5 Groomsmen. All of the Groomsmen filed in and took their places with my hubby. My girls walked in alone. On the way out, the last Bridesmaid or Best Man walked out with two Groomsmen. I don’t think anyone really even noticed, and it looked cute anyway!

@MGNHARRIS9: that isn’t an amount I would be concerned with. My Fiance wants TWICE as many groomsmen as I want bridesmaids… (10 to 5) for a small intimate wedding… haha we are still negotiating that.
At my sisters wedding there were more groomsmen than bridesmaids, she just had me walk back down the isle with two of the groomsmen (just make sure your isle is big enough for this! her’s wasn’t and it got awkward.) Or you can have them all walk back down the isle alone… I’ve seen it done both ways… And a lot of times now the groomsmen will walk in along the side or down the isle before the groom walks with his mom or whoever, and the bridesmaids walk down by themselves, so coming in shouldn’t be an issue, but if you really want them to walk in and out together just have one pr two bridesmaids walk with two groomsmen.
