Look, sometimes the first dress is the right one.  A good sales lady will do her best to wow a potential buyer with the first dress,  pulling the one that fits bride’s specifications.  Congratulations on your awesome find!

I bought the first one I tried on too. I tried others on too, but none of them beat the first one I tried on.  I think the PP is right – a good sales person who really listens to what you want can identify it pretty quickly.   That was definitely true for me — I love the woman who own the shop I bought my dress from.  She has been soooo helpful in picking out bridesmaid dresses too — I’m giving her all the business I can.
