@SaraP2012:  I was at a wake for a very good friend when they started leaking the first time. My OB says it could be related to the massive emotional disturbance… And once they started, they just never stopped!

Headaches! I get a bad headache about once a week and it’s INCREDIBLY difficult to get rid of them. I’m not dehydrated and it doesn’t seem to be muscular or positional. I’m not sure whether these are migraines, as I’m not a regular sufferer. They usually last 8 hours before going away.

@BrandNewBride:  Wow! That’s really interesting! I suppose that when your LO comes you wont have to worry about your milk coming in! 😀

@cora_123:  Aww! I feel you! I’ve found that if I tense up on my own and go into a fetal position really quick, it helps!

@cora_123:  All the ones you mentions as well as dry and bloody nose and the hip and butt pain. I sleep on my left side, and it is getting so sore.

And the strong aversion to chicken. Really? Come on now!

oooh yeah! I’ve also gotten these weird red bumps on my neck and thighs! My doc said that they are perfectly normal! They aren’t “zits” with puss or particulary itchy…just red small bumps!

@cora_123:  All three of those fall on my “what no one ever told you about pregnancy” list.  I didn’t realize how much random stomach pain I’d have!  Also, sex has been awful from day 1.  I’m pretty sure the last time I had an O was the night we conceived!  So lame. I’m scared she’s left never to return again.

My major pregnancy symptom is pretty ridiculous: it’s been making me belch like a seventh-grade boy with something to prove!

I’ve also developed a sore spot on my tummy that feels for all the world like a bruise on my uterus – which my midwife says is probably a bruise on my uterus, from the baby repeatedly kicking/pressing on the same spot.

And a sudden tendency to have nosebleeds.

@sarahjc0015:  +1 on the crazy dreams!! I had a dream last night that I left the door to the fridge open and all the food went off…including the Xmas Ham. When I woke this morn I wasnt sure if that actually happened or not. The more I think about it the more I think it was just a dream.

I’m only at 13 weeks but – bloody gums. What the hell? I’ve been lucky on a lot of stuff but it’s so gross. I made my sister wait 10 min after I brushed my teeth so i could just spit blood in the sink. And I get the loose muscles over my pubic bone area that sharply hurt after I sneeze. Which is freaky to others because I sneeze then yelp and bend over.

@lolita39:  Hey, I’m allergic to dairy and coconut ice cream is wonderful. (and lactose free). It does have a subtle coconut taste which i find really nice on the chocolate flavor in particular. As my mother found out it does cost more- but I don’t eat much. I add a banana and nuts and it adds volume and IMO makes it healthier.

I love this group commiserating over all these things I never thought about or associated with pregnancy! I feel like I’m not alone!

@KH:  YES. My anxiety has definitely heightened about something bad happening, especially to Darling Husband. Everything from car accidents to random acts of violence to health problems. I worry all the time. I feel crazy.

@lolita39:  YES! The weird bumpy acne! It’s all over my face and chest and shoulders and back, bleh! Pregnancy glow? No way.

@kes18:  YES! Belly hair and hip pain! And tailbone pain.

@keesl:  Me tooo. I have super bloody gums! I guess because we’re pumping so much more blood.

@sarahjc0015:  SUCH WEIRD DREAMS every night! zomg.

I will add that every time I blow my nose, it is dark red. Gross.
