I’m sorry that you’re not feeling satisifed with your dress :/ I didn’t really have an ecstatic, crying, overly emotional experience when I said “yes” either…I liked the dress, it was almost everything I wanted, it was very affordable..so I bought it.

Do you have any pics you can show us?

I bought mine and right away started to question and second guess.  I got my dress and love it but I still wonder if this is what I really wanted… It is such a hard choice and the TV shows make you think that it is something it can never live up to.

Agghh out of everything the dress has caused me the most stress.  Even now I wish I would have gotten something more comfortable and less expensive.  But it is to late so we except and move on.

I would ask to make the alterations you are hoping for if you have the time (and money) why not.  It is your dress and you are paying for the work so don’t be afraid to ask and don’t let the seamstress run you over.  You have to wear this and look at pics forever so make sure you are happy!  🙂 Good luck!!

I think that dress is really pretty. I see what you mean about the neckline being a little high though. If the seamstress insists that she won’t change the neckline, could you possibly take it elsewhere for alterations?
