I am from a rural area in australia and we have two florists in out town. Seen the florist a good three times to organise all the flowers for the wedding. She is always saying no to what i like for various reason, im not big enough for that etc. I appreciate her help, but its just over 2 months to wedding day and she is yet to provide me with a quote. Ringing her all the time and she says she has been busy etc and she will do it, yet still no quote. Making me nervous as to wether this will be a indicator to what she will be like closer to the day. Thinking maybe buying artificial boquets online? anyone used these and if so what sites are the best?

I had all artificial flowers at my wedding. I have really bad allergies and the last thing I needed was to be surrounded by pollen all day!
They looked great in photos and nobody knew until they looked so perfect 8 hours later, haha. Plus, now it sits in a beautiful vase in my living room, up on my mantle. =]
I spent….$200 on ALL the wedding flowers. Can’t beat that. My friend used some artificial ones that are supposed to look like real ones…Real Touch flowers or something? Anyways, the petals are very velvety and they are a little pricey but dang they looked really pretty!!! Her flowers looked like real freakin’ roses.

Talk to the other florist. Get rid of yours. Seriously. In this economy, she should be begging for your business and not giving you a hard time. Tell her, if she cannot do it, you will find someone else who can.
Etsy has some great options for bouquets in feathers, ribbon roses and such. Might be worth looking into
