Lately I’ve had an issue with my bridesmaids (and there’s only 2)!! I have asked for weeks for everyone to get fitted, but only my maid of honor has done so. At this point, I’m tired of begging and I’m to the point where I’m like “f*ck it”.
How should I go about telling them that I no longer want/need them in my wedding. They are more than welcomed to be in attendance, but not in my wedding.

You won’t need to tell them. They can’t be in your wedding if they don’t buy the dress, simple as that. You can give them a deadline and leave it at that. If they don’t buy their dresses, they’ve removed themselves.

I second Madame Tussaud! Give her a deadline and if she doesn’t meet it… sorry about her. HOWEVER, I would tell her how much she means to you and your wedding but she is causing more stress than necessary. Chances are she will get her a** in gear and do what is necessary.

Of the two who haven’t been fitted, one is my sister. So that makes it even harder. She said she was fitted, but i haven’t seen any measurements thus far. And to make matters worse, she wants me to buy her dress… So needless to say, I’m really over her stunts.
