I posted mine on a thread yesterday…
You can find it here
What kind of theme are you thinking of?

@Mrs.tobe: I saw those! and i love them! I love the rusticness (is that a word? LOL you get what I mean) I have no theme, just colors, and its in the daylight so I do not think I want candles. I love your centerpieces though. I need to go get pictures of the venue so you all can see what I am working with and that may be easier. But i could definitely see doing something like that, but filling the jars up with blue and orange colored beads or jewels or something, with perhaps flowers or branches sticking out of them?
I just am putting so much effort into this because I want this to be the total opposite of our wedding. This is a huge deal for me. 🙂
thank you all for listening and sharing my excitement.

@Ronneykay: Aw, thank you!
I was thinking maybe you could do something with jars, and maybe some sort of mish mash of wildflowers in them… laid back but still beautiful?
I’m also doing branches with hanging votives in these vases… They will be on the big tables (like food table, guest sign in, etc). That shall be my next mock up… it was raining too much last weekend for us to get some branches. 🙁
Good thing is you have plenty of time to plan! And I would like to see a picture of your venue!

Mine are hanging paper cranes, but I’m pictureless at the moment.

I think I will make hubbie take me tomorrow to take pictures of it. this not being able to visualize is killin me. And while I am recovering from this surgery, I have nothing else to do but plan this, so details details details. I plan on attending school in the fall, and working full time, so I migh tas well plan while I can.
If you google images for Papago Park Phoenix AZ you will get to see how beautiful and amazing it is. It has a stage to where the ceremony and dance floor will be, then it has 2 ramadas that you rent together. Where the food will be and relaxation area I guess. I dont know, i’m so all over the place, and this is why i started early hehe…
OH! PS no glass containers of any kind in the park… good thing the dollar store sells really cute clear plastic ones:) all about a bargain.
