I have a fairly normal and traditional gown. However, I did find a picture of this gown in the January 2013 issue of Brides.

I have a fairly traditional and non-unique dress. However I did see this dress in an issue of Brides a while back.

The red gown that one day shall be mine.. I’m trying not to go crazy in anticipation for the fabric samples to arrive. *sigh* Really need to start losing weight to fit into this bad boy soon.

I’m hoping that it shall look something like this:

Here is my dress! I think it’s unique because of the ruffles, roushing and floral strap. It was so comfortable the day of my wedding and wasn’t overly heavy.

Absoultly gourgeous dresses ladies!

I also wanted a non-traditional dress, something very unique.  I understand that girls should make the dress, not the other way around, but I am not sure that I will find anything off the rack.  But I too am budget conscious and was concerned if I was going to find the one.  My mother offered me her dress and we took it to a seamstress for alterations/redesigning and she was a little higher than my budget.  I am really considering doing it anyway but I am going to try on dresses this week and next to see if there is something amazing and fabolous out there in my range.
