Since it was a custom design I think I can safely say it’s “unique”. Darling Husband put a lot of work into picking out the diamond and sapphires himself at a wholesale expo and then working with a friend’s cousin for the design.
I think my favorite out of the box comment has been from my mom, whenever she has me show the ring off (she loves to do that since it’s unique for where we live(d)) is commenting on how she thought it would just overwhelm my hand- but it fits anyway

Fiance and i have light orange (techinically classified as dark yellow) sapphires set in white gold with patterned bands. his has oak leaves and acorns swirling off triangle knots, and mine has triangle knots with a phoenix on either side of the stone.

@rachgirl182- I know you have a unique gorgeous wedding band- been drooling over it ever since I saw it!
@HeatherMM- LOVE YOUR RING
My ring is a 100 year old antique sapphire and diamond Edwardian ring. It is very unique and delicate looking. Only lovely compliments so far, which is great, though i am sure my Mother would have preferred something more classic!
I absolutely love my ring. Cant wait to get a wedding band!

I never say no to more ring porn. Your rings are all so beautiful ladies. Here’s mine, it’s unique because of the swirl and how the band fits right in.

Everyone’s rings are beautiful.. I love the fact that there are sooo many options that every woman doesn’t have to have the same ring .

Thanks for sharing!! Crapola…I am nowhere near Canada…I am stuck on the border of USA and Mexico… 🙁
Somehow, I have to have a set like yours of my own. I hope you dont mind but it is my screen saver (the pic of both w-band and e-ring together)…but I am not trying ot pass it off as mine, I promise I give you 100% ownership! 🙂
My mom left me a .33 carat diamond and doesn’t it figure your setting is a perfect match to that size!! It is 10 points larger than yours and my finger is a 7 1/4 so optically, I bet it would look the same!!!! YAY!!!!
So, the hunt begins to find my (which is actually YOUR) perfect wedding set.
Thanks again for sharing…not all women would be willing to or even appreciate the flattery of imitation. 🙂
