Ok so we have 60 guests invited for the actual ceremony and then we are having a sort come ad you please buffet and dance well into the small hours where we are expecting around 150 – 200 people but it could just be 60 people it could be 260.
any ideas of a cheap fun favor that is non gender specific and also since there isn’t a seating plan any idea of how to give them out when we are all a little worse for wear

Some ideas might be wine stoppers, candy tins, scented candles, coasters, etc. If you’re having seating for all your guests, then place one favor by each plate. Otherwise put the favors in a huge basket and have it sitting by the entrance with a “thanks for coming” note.
Here are some more ideas for favors:
Hope that helps!

I’d opt for something edible, so if you end up with tons of leftovers you could still eat them eventually. No one wants to deal with 100 extra candles at the end of the evening, but anyone can freeze cookies.

I like the mint tins idea – cheap, useful and fun!!
I think that we’ll do the basket thing as Were just going to bring out chairs as people turn up – So thanks !!!!

I also LOVE the bottle stopper idea. Maybe b/c mine just broke, but as long as people drink SOMETIMES, i think that is a cute idea if you decide to go with something non-edible.

We’re doing personalized ink pens. I didn’t want do do candles or anything and be left with a bunch or have the guys not take a favor. And everybody writes so they can use pens! And if we have leftovers, then it’s not a big deal.

@jenbradner– Thanks for posting the link to that website! I didn’t need it for favors, but I’ve found a lot of stuff I did need for very cheap!
