I am about pulling my hair out and about to call Marriott corporate…is it unreasonable to ask for an easy response from a wedding planner within 2 days?
I emailed to find out some information and have gotten nothing back in 2 days and I am getting so frustrated! All of our invites are printed and we are still 7 months out, but I am SO tempted to get new cards and have everyone cancel all their marriott reservations and move the wedding to another place in Aruba. Has anyone else seen this?
Please help? I’m I just being impacient? I am in a customer service roll and i get back to everyone within an hour or two of their initial email, I think two days is over the top time wise.
