@arubabride2014:  That would furstrate me too, but maybe before cancelling everything you should check on their “response policy”? Maybe they respond to emergent requests first, or everyone gets answers in the order they emailed? The difference, depending on how many people the planners work with, could be a couple of days. Is your question something that you need an aswer to immediately, or do you have a few days to wait it out?

@arubabride2014:  Depending on your question, it might have required consulting with others….or the planner might be out sick….or it got stuck in the spam filter….or the focus is on events in the next month, which is entirely reasonable.
