Toss ’em in the dryer on a very low setting with a dryer sheet.

I use this trick for my clothes.  Take a spray bottle and fill it with warm warm about 3/4 up.  Fill it the rest of the way with liquid fabric softener.  It gives the cloth a nice light scent and takes out the wrinkles.

Wash them by hand or in the delicate cycle. Do not put them in the dryer.
