xraychick01 :  you could wear butt lift panties. They also compress the tummy. Shapewear can be amazing.

xraychick01 :  I think your figure looks really nice in the dress! I think the side and back flaunts your curves and I would not have thought anything about your butt if you hadn’t pointed it out. It does not look bad at all.

But if you’re worried about it, literally just doing squats for a couple of weeks leading up to your wedding will make all the difference you could want. Just doing squats for a couple of minutes a day for a few days will make a big difference. Maybe try it before you next fitting!

xraychick01 :  I think you are being overly critical. I think that dress looks lovely and if you love it then go with it.

You look beautiful! Your dress is lovely. I wouldn’t worry about your bum. If anything the shapewear you have for your tummy will help provide some shape in the back too.

I think you look beautiful in that dress! I can really relate to this feeling though, as I also think I have no bum at all. I agree with a PP that suggested squats. I started doing them 3x a week at home without any additional weights and I can see a huge difference in the shape/perkiness.

You look beautiful in that dress! We pick our own bodies apart more than anyone else does. I don’t think your bum looks flat at all.

I think you look fantastic! I also have a flat booty, so I feel ya, but I didn’t notice it at all. My gym is doing a 100 squats a day challenge, so I took that up to try to get my butt in better shape for the wedding! You are more than welcome to join! You just do 100 squats of any variety every day! I mix it up between body weight, bands, weights and cardio! It has been really fun!

You’re definitely being too hard on yourself!! If you’re that worried, try some of that shapewear with pads in the butt. But definitely not needed.

Good booty shots are as much about angles as anything, so don’t get too caught up on the photos.

From the front it looks like you’ve got some nice definition to your hips, so a pair of shaping shorts with butt-lifting bands could give you a little more oomph to the side and back. Perhaps something like this.

To be honest, I think that style of dress looks best on women with your figure. You don’t need a ghetto booty to rock that dress! (In fact, I would advise anyone with a substantial booty to go with an A-line dress, myself included.) Your dress is a perfect fit because you’re so slender. If you add padding, I think it would look too tight.

xraychick01 :  I have a big butt, particularly for a white girl. From personal experience, if you had a booty that would be another issue to worry about. Be happy your ass and your waist fit in the same size dress. I say go for it and dont worry about da boody. Obviously your fiance likes it! 🙂 no one else should be looking
