Make sure they are invited to the bachelorette party. (You might even like them to plan it rather than you sister(s)).

Have special photos of you and your girl friends when you do the photos after the ceremony.

There’s no need to involve everyone in the ceremony.

Being a guest at your wedding will be all the special role they need.

-Ask them to get ready with you

-Buy them corsages

-Take a bridal portrait together

-Do a special dance with just you and your girls at the reception

-Give them a small, sentimental present like a handkerchief

Invite them to the bridal shower and bachelorette party (though this is pretty obvious).

Depending on how many people it is, perhaps you’d like to invite them to get ready with you in the morning before the wedding? Or see you after you are all dressed, but before the walk down the aisle for a glass of bubbly. Kind of like a send off for the bride before she walks down the aisle?

Of course you can always have them do a reading/sing something.

You could also have reserved seating for them for the ceremony if you wanted to make sure that they sat up front.

i have friends like this, and am including them in two ways. as @tickles suggested, i am having them visit me during the getting ready process.  hair and makeup appts on site go from 10-230, so i am having them visit for a glass of champagne 12-1.  I’m also including them with cake pulls!
