I am so sorry πŸ™ Do you have any friends in your area, colleagues or anybody you can invite? I think he should be able to invite his family and friends if he wants to though, it is his day too. And just think of it this way they are your new family πŸ™‚

((hugs)) First of all… Congratulations!! You are getting married!! πŸ™‚

Second of all, what is your relationship like with his family? Remember that after the wedding his family will be YOUR family too! πŸ˜€

Darling Husband had no family at our wedding, but my family loves him and accepted him as a part of the family since day 1. He was so happy to celebrate with “our” family and to be surrounded by so much love on our wedding day.

@crazy_beautiful:  His family will be very welcoming I am sure, and I would invite your friends as well, you never know some may be able to make it πŸ™‚

Invite your friends anyways… You never know who will show up! We had friends drive over 4 hours to share in our wedding day. Try to focus on his family becoming yours. Darling Husband and I were so happy with OUR family on our wedding day. And honestly, sometimes blood doesn’t mean much. I am so much closer to my friends than some of my family members!

Yay youre getting married! While it may be hard for you, wouldn’t you want your groom to be happy sharing this beautiful occasion with his family that will become your family when you say i do. Invite your friends…maybe they’ll come..and whoever shows up just be happy that you’re marrying your love in front of people who are celebrating the both of you. Just like coyote said..blood doesn’t mean much.
