So B&H is back open and everyone there is ok. I explained the situation to them and they are going to start an investigation into what happened to my package. He said the driver should not have just left it on the door step and that B&H requires signatures for deliveries. He said I needed to wait 5 days to make sure the package doesn’t show up and then they will email me a claim form and then they can ship a new one. He said the package was insured so I guess that is good.
I called UPS back and they said it’s the driver’s discretion if they feel like a signature is required. BS!

@mrskisstobe: WTF if a signature is required then they shouldn’t be allowed to leave it, ever. I’m glad to hear the company is working with you and that you will not loose out on extra money because a UPS person couldn’t do thier job properly.

At least the package is insured, but it still sucks that the driver was a tool!

I’m glad you have B&H on your side with this one. You’ll get it one way or another. Stupid driver! That’s such BS.

@mrskisstobe: Gah, what a pain! I hope it all works out okay!!!

Whether or not a signature is required is up to the company shipping the item, not the UPS driver. He should not have left the package if B&H requires a signature.

WTF? How is that driver’s discretion? Sigh. At least they’re going to fix it for you!! Hope it comes in sooner rather than later!
