I think they look good as you planning on adding flowers to the branches? and I would add more rocks to the vase!

Much better! If you are going to add more rocks as the pp suggested, I would take them up to the level of the ribbon.

But frankly, I would have less rocks in the vase. I would have just a couple of inches of rocks- just enough to cover the cut ends of the branches. You will also save money- needing less rocks.

You could hot glue a few silk flowers on if you want that look.

I presume you are going to have some votives on the table.

Personally I love the new length vs. the short ones.  I do think that you need something hanging from the branches, like, flowers strung on fishing line, differing width ribbons in you wedding colors hanging, or maybe some small hanging votives.  JMO though.

I would take away about an inch of the rocks.

You just have a better arrangement of the branches-the thick ones in the middle,  a good height, branches cut at the bottom not the top.

@cherrycoke:Micheals has a ton!  or Hobby Lobby.  I would love the ribbons, not something I have seen a ton of.  If you want flowers you can get them at those places too, or you can see if you like the look first with flowers from dollartree.

You can buy bunches of silk flowers of the color and variety of your choice. The ones that come in bunches are usually the cheapest. You can even find them in the dollar stores.

Here is what they look like-this bunch is mixed flowers but you can also get them all the same.

You can also get flowers like orchids in sprays. They look lovely in manzanita and other branch centerpieces. You can see that one ste has about 20 flowers so would do  centerpieces.

You just pull the flower off the plastic stem and hot glue it to the branches after you have arranged them in the vase.

The example I printed only has 7 flowers per centerpiece so a bunch goes a long way. Always use an odd number of flowers.

Not necessarily the same. I just picked a pic that would show the bunch of flowers vs the spray. Find the flower and color you like.
