Going into the dress shopping process, I have been leaning towards lace dress. I didn’t think that I would like satin dresses with “pick ups” in the skirts. That was until I tried on this lightweight satin Allure dress today. Now, I am more confused than ever. I never knew how difficult it would be to pick a dress. I would love to get your feedback and opinions. Thanks so much!!

I really like number 3, but I am bias to dresses that hug curves….and you are even standing in the dress with that oomph va va va voom….

I liked the 2nd one best because it’s classic and nips your waist nicely.

The second one looks great on you and has a classic look to it, which is also a plus. But the third one is sexy (in an appropriate way). I guess it depends which look you want to go for.

@MrsBot: You are so right about the sexy in an appropriate way. I didn’t think my mom would like it because it is too form fitting, but she loves it!

I voted for #2, but was very torn as #1 is gorgeous on you too. Just wanted to suggest that this poll might be a little misleading for you as people who like the pickup style will choose number three, whereas those who prefer the other style will have their votes split between the first two, as they are so similar.

@kellswell: Very good point! So true! Pretty much votes are 50/50 right now…half like the A line lace look; half like the fitted drop waist look.

@PurpleLonghorn: I like #2 it looks beautiful on you. I like the way it emphasises you waist, but I am not too keen on figure hugging dresses.

1 and 2 are okay. I do not like 3. I think it make syou look disproportionate. I usually love fitted dresses, but this one makes you look way bigger than you are on top. It looks like God has gifted you up there and that the girls don’t need any help being emphasized. I’d stick to dresses that do more to define your waist to make you look narrower there and then flare a bit more to balance your hips to your bust.

Ignoring all other details and personal preferences, Dress 2 appears to flatter your figure the best. The bust on the first one doesn’t seem perfect for you. However, I will admit my personal lack of enthusiasm for the last silhouhette in general.
So, 2, for mee.

I picked 2 I think it’s the most flattering on your body but I also dislike satin so that may influence my vote!

I think the Allure shows off all your beautiful curves.

I like the first two, but the second one flatters your figure better.

I vote dress 3 … Idk why but that pose you have is just great

Definitely one of the first two.
