Looks great! I don’t think you need to add a rug though.

ChocolateLime:  Great job!  Looks much more sophisticated.  Hopefully the offers will come pouring in now!

I think it looks great! Not alot of clutter or bold colors- very neutral- I could see myself there for sure! I’d nix the rug though- as a buyer I’d be worried there was hidden damage under the rug and would rather see the whole floor in all it’s naked glory… I second the pp that said to hide the cat stuff when buyers come over & for pics- while I like cats I would never buy a home that had cat things all up in it due to a horrible expereince with renting and cat by-products from the previous owner…. Also wanted to say I friggin love that wallpaper in your living room!

It looks really nice.  I wouldn’t add a rug, when I’m looking at a home I like to be able to see the floors.

Also as PPs have said hide the cat stuff for photos and open houses.  Even if the house is really clean and doesn’t smell if I know there have been cats there my mind just goes to lingering cat smells, allergy issues, etc.  Same with any pet.

For the open house just make sure the house smells really good.  It’s silly, but a house that smells clean and fresh is so appealing.
