Lucky has identified me as his mama. He sleeps with me every night, last night (once I was sure he doesn’t have any more ticks!!!!) we slept in my bed.
Fiance and I were snuggled up on my bed watching TV and he hopped right up, snuggled up between us, and went right to sleep. He eventually scooched his way up to our chests, and I held him in both of my arms. Fiance had his arms around both me and Lucky and we fell asleep like that until it was time for Fiance to head back home.

@Omgbunnies: I teared up reading your last post! Lucky is aptly named – he’s going to have a wonderful life with you two!

Congrats on getting him back! Is he an adult dog? Or just a large puppy? If it’s an adult dog, kudos!

@sweetbutdemanding: we thought he was an adult when we adopted him but when we checked his vet records, it sounds like hes a puppy.

@Omgbunnies: Yay I am SO happy for you guys! I’ve been praying so hard that you would get him back. Stories like this bring tears to my eyes, make sure you give him a massive hug from your WB family. 🙂

@Omgbunnies: Top tip: protexin premium for dogs will help him to move his bowels comfortably and regulate hind-gut bacteria after his stressful ordeal and goodness knows what he scavenged to eat. I feed it to my dog and horses routinely, especially during times of stress 😉
