I hope you get action soon.  I was following your other thread and this must be just breaking your heart.  Bless you both.  In the mean time, have you tried to get a restraining order on these kids?  My best friend had to do that with some kids that were bullying her son to and from school.

Remember that there is a new KISD policy on Bullying: Students that are DOING the bullying can be made to leave the campus. Chances are, they would be moved to the alternative middle school, and their next stop from there would be juvie. Where it sounds like they belong.

Thank goodness they are taking more steps. The police should have taken action ASAP though. It’s angering that they didn’t.

It such a shame that she should miss out on education.  This course of action by the school punishes the victim and not the perpetrators.  I really hope this works out in the end.
