So last week I posted about the venue not sending things that were suppose to be sent
Well I did e-mail them Wednesday and they sent me the floor plan but said that their scanner was broken and when it was fixed tomorrow (Thursday) they would send it over. Awesome! Thursday came and went, then Friday, then Saturday, their off Sunday and Monday. So here we are Tuesday morning and still NOTHING.
Mind you I saw them on February 15th, today is the 25th. I know it seems like I’m being a pest but I’m just sooo annoyed.
They were not like this at all before I booked and even after I booked they weren’t like this until just recently.
I know vendors have so many other people to attend to but what happened to getting back to your clients in a 24-48 hour window.
I e-mailed yet AGAIN this morning saying:
UPDATE: Scanner still down but they sent me a picture of the receipt. I said this is fine.
