After getting to my wits end today (It was a co-workers bday so we threw a potluck type lunch for her & mean co-worker hated everything we brought, she brough cheetos & bean dip? What the heck) having to listen to her gripe, be mean to me, be mean to clients, I finally sent the email to my boss describing her actions!

My boss being the awesome woman she is sent us this email:
I just wanted to take a few moments to say that You ALL are doing a WONDERFUL job! I am very glad to be a part of such a wonderful group of ladies who take such PRIDE in their work! You all give 100%!
I know how frustrating it can be when you have a million things to do and keep getting interrupted with phone calls, requests, emails, or many other reasons. I know we all feel the stress at times, especially when we are trying to get back into the groove of Summer business.
Keep in mind that when you release your stress and anxiety physically – this AFFECTS THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU! If you are stressed due either to work or from things outside of work, those around you will feel stressed too. I understand that sometimes we get to the point where we feel like muting our phones and calling out in frustration, or banging our desk, or grunting/sighing to relieve the tension we feel, or just SCREAMING at the top of our lungs. We have ALL been there and we ALL have had bad days! Just remember those types of actions are VIRAL! They will infect your coworkers and cause them to feel stress as well. And as soon as you know it, we are ALL MISERABLE! This will definitely hurt our production as a department….
If you are feeling stressed – stop what you are doing and take 30-60 seconds to collect yourself. Close your eyes – take a deep breath – and REMEMBER THAT YOU HAVE A WHOLE TEAM SUPPORTING YOU!

**This co-worker I’m sure knows it was me that ratted out her inappropriate behavior, but I feel better! My boss also said she’s going to have a 1 on 1 with her discussing the personal behavior towards me. hoooooray for good bosses!
