You’re certainly handling this deliema well and being proactive.  I’m interested to see what you are able to put together.

I’m sorry that happened to you.  I can’t wait to see them fixed and put together.

Leave feedback. Oh and FYI, you should have taken pics, and contacted paypal. When something is not sold as the merchandise is pictured, PP takes it seriously. Also, it seems you were charged for work not done(addition of flower gems). Also, are the rhinestone stem holders even on there? If you haven’t taken them apart, take pics and file a complaint, then complain to them. IDK what you paid, but still, you’re having to spend more $ and your own time(duh, the reason in buying them elsewhere!), to fix something that in my opinion, was not only falsely advertised, but damaged due to improper packing.

On the flip side, it’s awesome that you’re taking matters into your own hands, and I really can’t wait to see how it comes out! the black/white is gorgeous and I’d love them! the pink, eh, I agree about the open flowers, but still nice in the picture!

What a bummer but it sounds like you’ll be able to sort it out in the end. Can’t wait to see pics of the finished flowers. Good luck!

Awesome! How much did you end up spending on DIY stuff? Yeah, PP is really good about that stuff! That’s why I prefer dealing with ebay/etsy sometimes, over walmart or whoever, if possible! Short turn arounds when it comes to stuff like that!

So glad you were able to get some type of comp!

@jenilynevette:  Thats awesome you got your money back!!! How did the DIY end up? I would have been beyond pissed if I got my flowers and they were totally different then what I ordered! I have ordered real touch flowers for my destination wedding so hopefully it all turns out well!
