regit45:  My fingers are crossed for you.  If I were in your shoes, being told I had to wait yet another week – and not knowing if they got the dress right – would drive me insane.

regit45:  Good luck! Waiting would drive me batty too – I can’t believe there has been such a fiasco regarding your dress.

I don’t think you’re in the wrong for asking about a partial refund or something for the ordeal. Worst thing they say is no.

regit45:  My fingers are crossed for you! I really hope it turns out OK. Out of curiousity has there been problems with this salon before (bad reviews on Yelp or something)?
