Yesterday I posted this:
Another bee with dress regret..
And I have come to the conclusion that I just need to calm the f*** down and relax. I am going to look beautiful on my wedding day no matter what I’m in. I have a beatiful dress that fits my venue perfectly and that will be even more beautiful once it is altered to fit my body perfectly, and if I don’t feel like a bride while vowing my love to the man of my dreams because of the dress I’m wearing, something is seriously wrong.
Thanks for everyone’s support. I had a mini bridezilla freakout.
I can’t wait to post pictures bragging about my awesome dress after alterations. 😉

I love your dress and didn’t care for the other one at all so I’m glad you are finally seeing just how gorgeous your dress is!!!

Good to hear this, your original dress looks great on you (and is perfect for your venue).

@frommisstomrs.: You are my dress hero! First, you look gorgeous in either, but I love the one you already bought. Second, yesterday I decided to post the dress I bought and the prevailing sentiment was very negative (even though the sample I’m in is TEN sizes too small…) I’ve been freaking out about that a little bit ever since, but talked to my mom and sister (who were with me when I bought the dress, and tried on LOTS of others) and both said I will look GORGEOUS when it fits right. You saying what you said in this post helped me to reality-check myself. My dress is just a dress, my fiance is the only thing that matters, and I’m going to look gorgeous on my special day (regardless what a bunch of people say who probably have tastes nothing like mine and didn’t read my post about how this sample is waaaaay too small and the waist will hit at my natural waist when it’s ten sizes larger than the sample….). Anyway, didn’t mean to vent about my situation, but just wanted to thank you for being such a rationally beautiful person!

@ferdie224: Thank you, so much. That made my day! I’m glad I could help, because that’s even thinking “Man, I wish everyone who has ever had dress regret would read this and learn from it.”
I looked at your post. That dress looks awesome on you. I seriously love it on you, ten sizes small and all! We are gonna be some beautiful brides!

@lealorali: I wish! I still have a year+ until my wedding, so waiting for alterations has been miserable! D:
