The digital are not as sensitive as the FRERs. So it may take a couple days for thw digital to read the HC. In your system!

shellybee13:  the doctors use the same kind we do. It will still most likely be faint and they may want you to wait on blood work. IMO I would would wait 2-3 days so the HCG can double and get higher then i would call the doctor.

But for me my docs never wanted to see me until I was 8 weeks along going off LMP, they wouldn’t even do blood work before then. I just kept POAS until the test line was pulling dye from the control line. i would skip days, bc it does take time for the HCG to double.

graygodess20:  Totally agree with what she said. This early, even the docs urine test might be inconclusive for them so I’d wait a couple of days for an appointment. But anyway, you are definitely pregnant so congratulations!!

You, my dear, are pregnant! That is a positive FRER, clear as day!

Digitals, as you know, are not as sensitive and they often take a few days longer before you’ll see a +.

CONGRATS!!! Happy & Healthy 9 months to you!

shellybee13:  there is no such thing as a false positive. A second line indicates HCG, HCG is in your system when your preggo!

Not to worry you, but when people say they had a false positive it’s either and evap/indent line… Or a chemical pregnancy. they tested too early, and the bean couldn’t attach properly which will cause a + test but a period days later.
