Beautiful diamonds! I voted the emerald. It’s classic and could be paired with pretty much whatever band you want! It’s also a little tough to compare without a picture of a Halo pear – maybe include an example?

What kind of band would you set the Halo pear onto (yellow gold? Pave?)?

Team emerald! It suits your hand and is a classic look.

Rose cuts are beautiful, but in my opinion the ‘window’ look doesn’t say engagement ring (unless it’s a true antique/vintage piece). It’s just not my taste – but that doesn’t mean it’s not suitable & lovely!

Emerald! It’s my second favorite cut (as I have a RB). Plus I like the setting you have chosen. And tbh I never could warm up to a rose cut. It’s a bit of a waste imo because one of the main arguments for a diamond (besides durability) is the light refraction. And a rose cut has none.

I’m not a huge fan of rose cut diamonds tbh, I find they look a bit lifeless, so I picked the emerald.

I’m glad you went with the emerald cut. I’ve never understood the appeal of a diamond that looks like a pane of glass.
