I only noticed it because I was looking really hard for it (trying to work out what a buffalo hump was).

Not noticeable at all and would probably look better if she was standing straighter.

I didn’t even know the term “buffalo hump” until I saw a post about it earlier this week. I think the hair is lovely and the last thing that people are going to be focusing on at your wedding is the back of your neck!

Okay, I’ve got one of these, not as noticable as hers, but I had no idea what it was called until I saw this. My iced tea almost came out my nose. I’m planning to do an updo similar to that. Like PP said, I don’t think anyone is going to be looking for it.

@MsMindle:  I agree!

I had to stare at the photo for several seconds trying to find something “wrong” with it, and even once I spotted the neck hump, I don’t think it looks bad at all.  No one will notice, and even if a few people do, it won’t be in a negative way!  The hair is beautiful.

Like PPs, I wouldn’t have even noticed it if I weren’t trying to figure out what you were talking about!

If you hadn’t posted anything about it being a neck bump, I never would have figured out what you meant! I don’t think anyone will notice.

I thought buffalo hump was something to do with her hair.  LOL.  Shows how much I know!

I seriously looked at this picture and thought, “isn’t everyone’s neck like this?”  I don’t think I have one (I checked after looking at this photo), but I apparently pay no attention to things like this.  I don’t think anyone will notice or care!

I didn’t realize people called it that either. I had a hard time seeing it on her so I don’t think it would be a big deal. People probably already know you have it so I don’t think you should have to feel bad about it and try to hide it. People will be too busy looking at how beautiful you are that day to take time to find flaws with your look.

Lindsay12.31.2010 I thought the same thing at first
