@jamiesrichmond:  I love the look of both rings and although only the size changed, it’s amazing how different they look. Beautiful!

My first was a 1.07 e vvs1 emerald cut. it wasnt really me, so approx a year later we upgraded to a 1.51 d si1 princess cut. I love it.

Not sure if mine counts as an ‘upgrade’ per-say, but we returned Ring A because we couldn’t find a band to fit flush with it’s shape so Fiance got me Ring B for Valentine’s Day/our 2 yr anniversary coming up in March.

Much to my annoyance we’re still waiting on Ring B to get back from being sized; which for whatever reason is taking MUCH longer than it did last time even though it’s going through the exact same place.

Ring A:

Ring B (a set) I hate that all I have is the website stock photo:

@jamiesrichmond:

When you ladies got your upgrades did you sell the stone back to the store and put the credit towards the new one? Or did you sell it on ebay/craigslist? Or did you just keep the old ring/stone?

@heathuhhhhwebbbb:  I actually called right after I posted that and it was in! ๐Ÿ˜€ I just had to wait for my mother to pick it up & drop it off to me. But here she is! I actually made a thread for it with more pictures, who can turn down a chance at some ring porn! Lol ๐Ÿ™‚

@heathuhhhhwebbbb:  It’s a cz; part of JCP’s Brilliant Facets collection. The previous ring was from the same collection and never gave me any issues with clouding and that poor sucker got put through the ringer on a daily basis! Lol. So I figured since it held up so well, and this was on the ‘higher’ end of their collection might as well stick with a good thing! ๐Ÿ™‚
