Depends on the feel of your wedding. If you want to go something more fun and hip I would say the dance floor lighting. But if you want it to be a little more formal I would say go with the uplighting. I personally love uplighting.

Agreed with PP, really depends on the mood you want to reach. Uplighting tent walls will add a dramatic feel, while dance floor lighting hints are more of a party atmosphere. If I had to pick, I’d chose the uplighting tent walls because it’s a great way to showcase your wedding colors plus I think it’s very elegant 🙂

I’d prefer uplighting but I think this just comes down to personal preference.  I’m not going for the club vibe at my wedding, so I’d never pick the dance floor lighting.

I’d prefer uplighting. Stobe lights and disco balls are a bit too “night club” for my taste.

Depends on what you’re going for.  I think uplighting in tents is absolutely gorgeous, but if you’re going for more of a club/dance party vibe, you may want to pick the dance floor lighting.

Uplighting! But I am biased…I had uplighting services for my wedding.

Also, your DJ that does uplighting has a LOT of different options if he’s like ours. We could either keep this color going all night, have it change softly to reflect each song, or have it going in bouncing party mode for the dance. Ask your DJ about the uplighting option that you get.
