I am this body shape.

I would suggest A-line dresses with some fullness in the skirt to balance out the top half.  And to be careful of things that draw attention to the shoulders (ie. ruffly sleeves combined with slim skirt style, etc.)

A line works great. As far as bridal shops that have those sizes, I would make some calls to your local shops and see. The one that I used had a bunch of different sizes, and carried samples of their best selling bridesmaid’s dresses in about 3 or 4 different sizes and colors. My girls ranged from a size 2 to a 16 with double Dirty Delete. Here is the dress we picked and it really did look great on everyone.
