When I think Alice, I see tea cups and bright colors. Maybe some paper flowers?

I love your theme! You can ring your cupcake stand centerpieces with tea cups (you can usually find them fairly inexpensively at thrift/antique stores). Are you using table cloths and cloth napkins? You could add to the decor by covering the tables in “Alice blue” table cloths and making napkins from fabric with images of tea cups. If your space allows you could also bring in potted “trees” and light them with subtle LED lights for a fantasy woods look.

Congratulations!

Also I would look in vintage clothing thrift stores and antique stores for hats.  They could be used to really make the decor pop and unique

Love the paper flower ideas too – maybe tuck in a white rabbit and a cheshire cat discreetly

Also vintage pocket watches could be incorporated into the decor either on the tables or less expensive you could find a stamp and use it on place cards etc

Tissue paper flowers are so easy to make, This is what they look like.

Here is a tutorial. http://foldingtrees.com/2008/08/flower-week-tissue-paper-carnations/

  • For your candy buffet I would make little signs that say “Eat me”
  • If your venue permits you, you can get some of those nice glass drink holders with the spout, make some sangria and put a sign on it that says “Drink Me”

You could incorporate the BIG and small aspect of Alice in Wonderland and use different sizes of cups or snacks (those mini cupcakes next to regular ones, small arrangements grouped w large ones) for a cool effect. What about

 topiarys?
