Do not even go tonight. Never communicate with her again and tell Groupon. They will refund you. They just gave me a full refund on one that expired 4 years ago, no questions asked.

You should tip on great service. She has not provided you with great service. So if I were you I would not tip her.

Good luck tonight.

Please report her to groupon

I think you got scammed – I would complain to Groupon and definitely not go to her for any more massages.

Soon2bmrs1:  Oh God, no!  You are not a diva!  I used to be a massage therapist.  She has been awful!  I’ve never treated anyone that poorly.  She sounds very shady.  I do hope that she does give you your money’s worth, and some damn good massages, however.

I’m also relieved that she wasn’t even worse -I was worried with your title.

I really love Groupon because I’ve had a few weird situations and generally Groupon is quite reasonable. I once bought a Groupon that expires 180 days later, but a month before the expiratioin date, I couldn’t book an appointment with the place. They were completely full. I contacted Groupon and they gave me the refund in credits. Another time I bought a Groupon to a waffle place, but when I went to redeem it, the waffle place refused the Groupon. Again contacted Groupon and got a refund.

So seriously I would just take my chances with Groupon and just contact them about the situation. The only reason why I continue to buy Groupons is because of their good customer service.
