The wider a ring the bigger u must go in size. I wesr a 5.75 on ring finger but that is a 2.5mm band. I have a 6 mm band in size 7.25 that fits the same finger and would not if it were a smaller size. The same when u r stacking. Each ring – even if all skinny shanks -should be about a .25 size bigger as together they r wider on the finger.

I wear a shared engagement ring and wedding band. Both of mine are fairly thin (ering is 1.7 mm, wedding band is 2 mm). Ering is 1/2 eternity, wedding band is 3/4 eternity.  Mine are very comfortable. I think it will depend on the width. My rings are so thin, i can barely even feel that they’re on. But, I also got my wedding band size almost a whole size up from my engagement ring. My engagement ring is a 3.25, my wedding band is a 4.

The more rings I stack, the larger I go (within one ring size, largest on knuckle side of stack.) You can ask the jeweler to let you try on a 6, 6.5, 7 all stacked together, so you can see what I mean, and if it feels good for you.

Just my $0.02. Happy shopping!

It could very well be the “difference” that you’re noticing. Also, the wider the band the larger I like my rings. Having said this, I have “summertime rings” and “winter rings” due to the fluctuation of my finger size in the heat/cold. If I’m retaining water or ate too many snacks, I may also pull out the larger rings.

I hear you. I bought a few CZ eternity bands so that I could test drive them first, before spending the cost of a car. I’m glad I did because I found that I don’t prefer them due to comfort.

You are wearing this ring on your right hand ring finger and the wedding and e-ring will go on your left hand ring finger I assume? Is your right hand your dominant one mine is and the size is bigger than my left hand to the point that I can’t get my wedding bling onto my right hand
