Hi everyone! We’re researching our honeymoon for our May 2017 wedding, which my mom has been kind enough to offer as a gift. I definitely don’t want her spending too much so we’re trying to keep the ideas below $2k. Some things we’d primarily like are places to swim, horseback riding, beautiful scenary and a romantic suite. Our stay would likely be for a week.
Please send some recommendations! We were thinking Colorado, but open to any other ideas (As long as it’s within the continental US)! A resort would be great and cost-effective.

mcmeow : Depending on if there is a port near you, cruises are a great affordable option. Our week long cruise in the carribean was under $2k for tickets and includes food. Cruises go to alaska, Hawaii, or even New York.
Other options could be Santa Barbara, CA.
