I would just start collecting things you find in stores that you like. DIY stuff too. You can find glassware like that for cheap anywhere. Thrift stores, antique shops etc

Ebay, thrift stores, the classified ad pages on wedding sites such as WB…

The dollar tree has charger plates, they are a thick plastic, but I bought them one year for an outdoor party and I still use them! you can probably also find the candle holders there, as well as cylinder vases, and you might even get away with plates and glasses as I have seen them there as well!

The dollar tree sells very similar goblets and you can order them in bulk. That’s where we ordered ours. I do suggest checking ALL of them before leaving the store (had ours shipped to store for free) as they will replace any that are chipped or broken.

You can order by the case from Dollar Tree. If you pick up at your local store, you avoid shipping fees.

Check WebstaurantStore: Restaurant Supplies & Foodservice Equipment

Use your local Facebook Marketplace and join all the wedding related Facebook Groups in your area. Brides sell all these things after their wedding.

I actually JUST scored at goodwill! I got a handful of chargers that they had put in bundles of 12 for $5.99! The tags say them came from Michael’s and bed bath and beyond. Theres even a set of really unique ones. Once I found my base color for the table I’ll probably paint the plates. I also found some other decorations there including 3 gorgeous, thick glass candle holders someone had donated that I’m sure they used for their wedding. Look at for special tag day too.
