@nikki_s2468:  I don’t see why not! Not everyone can afford a huge wedding cake just make sure it will total less than a cake at a local baker. Our reception hall included the cake otherwise we probably would have done something similar.

Sure! I love cupcakes. You might still want a small cake to cut though…

Great idea!  Sam’s cupcakes are super yummy!   If you want to go for a classier vibe, you can probably find a small bakery in your area that might do custom flavors, etc, for around the same price.

Love it!  We’re doing something similar.  We found a baker willing to design a multi tiered faux cake with the top tier being real cake for us to cut.  Our guests will be getting sheet cake from our local grocery store that is our favorite.  Best of both worlds!

We are planning on doing the same thing! As long as the cupcakes are yummy, nooo oneee will care where they came from! Save your dollars wherever you can 😉

I am doing this too! I also plan on buying a couple of the cheesecake factory frozen cheesecakes they have. And maybe a tray of cookies or something to have a sam’s club dessert table

If you like them then why not? But I’d be jealous of your cheesecake lol

They’re super cheap, like $13 for 2 dozen or something? We had them at our daughter’s 1st birthday part and everyone just assumed they were the $3.50/ea cupcakes from Trophy Cupcakes! They were floored when I told them they came from Sams. I’d do it for sure.

We’ve been throwing around the same idea with Costco cupcakes. They’re muffin sized and pretty good for store cupcakes. I say go for it!

I adore cupcakes, I’d never be disappointed.  Sometimes, wedding cakes don’t turn out to be all that tasty or memorable, but I feel like cupcakes are always a hit!

Many people avoid going the cupcake route because it can be more expensive, but if Sam’s cupcakes are going to help your budget more than a fancy cake – go for it!

Cupcakes would work just fine- yum! You could personalize them with your initials or just do your wedding colours for the frosting:)
