I haven’t used more than 1.5 weekly points yet in the 4 weeks I have been on WW – if I use some of them tonight, will I still lose weight this week? What is your point use like?

I lost around 35 lbs on WW and pretty much used up every one of my weekly pts every week.
Sometimes I exercised extra so I could earn more points if I wanted to treat myself.

They wouldn’t give them to you if they didn’t want you to use them.

They are part of the program TO USE. Your dailies are the MINIMUM.
(Everyone is different but a lot of members find they lose MORE when they do use them. I find that I lose most when I eat every single point I have–weeklies, 35, and APs–as long as I exercise 5x or more per week. If I’m not exercising, I usually don’t lose as much if I eat all 35, but usually I still lose.)

Eiher scatter them throughout the week or save them up for the weekend or a special cheat day!
