It’s been a crappy week – hot water heater broke & flooded fiance’s house, so yippee… unexpected expense of a new water heater & new flooring 4 weeks before the wedding. Then I find out USPS lost fiance’s ring. I was ready to lose it! Thankfully the company I ordered the ring from (bellomarc.com) has been fantastic.
I’ve actually had a lot of contact with the company. First I e-mailed them that I had found the ring slightly cheaper on another site. They credited me back the difference plus 10%. We got the ring in just days, but it was to big. So I e-mailed them again & was told no problem – send it back and we’ll get a new one out to you right away. True to their word, they shipped the new ring the same day the original ring was returned to them.
Unfortunately, the US Postal Service shows the new ring as “out for delivery” since Monday morning. I contacted Bellomarc today and they immediately started the claim process and are shipping a new ring out (via fedex this time – not USPS! LOL!).
Every time I have contacted them I have gotten a fast, friendly, personable reply (literally in less than five minutes today when I e-mailed about the postal service losing the ring). Today a customer service rep actually gave me a follow up phone call as well, just checking in to see if I had any questions, assure me I’d have the ring in plenty of time for our wedding & to give me her direct number in case I had any questions. After the week I’ve had that phone call really cheered me up. LOL!
So, here’s the ring I’ll be putting on fiance’s finger in four weeks 😀
