I had a polyp removed in July after about a year of TTC with no luck.  My Dr felt confident that the polyp was what was stopping us up.  The surgery wasn’t bad (I’m happy to give you more information if you want it!) We had to wait a month to begin TTC again, nothing happened in September, and I’m currently at the end of my TWW this cycle..

Update…I tested positive on two pregnancy tests this month!  SO I guess the Dr was likely correct 🙂

mindycy1 :  I had several polyps removed in September after TTC with no luck for 15 months approx.  We are hopeful that this was the answer, as all other tests show no problems! Currently in TWW of first cycle post surgery, but I feel like AF is about to start so first cycle might be a bust, but normal fertile people don’t always get pregnant first cycle anyway!  The surgery just for the polyps is no biggie.  They can do it in office usually.  I had a laparoscopy done as well so that was the longer/more invasive portion!  If I were you, I would get rid of any possible road blocks.  It might just be one polyp, but if it’s right where your baby wants to implant, it can stop it, or, worse, cause you to miscarry if the embryon tries to implant near it! 🙁
