@thesecretlifeofbees:  I’m sure many have already said this (too tired to read through all the posts). but I used to have endometrial tissue growth on my bladder so I got UTIs for some reason on a bimonthly basis from 18-27… and Cystex (an OTC drug that basically works as a mild numbing agent on the inside of your bladder) was something that really helped relief the pain I was feeling before I went in and got the actual antibiotics. They were life savers and nothing else really worked. The cranberry helps but nothing like Cystex!! Good luck 🙂

I get UTIs frequently and what worked for me was this UTI relief tea a friend told me about. When I feel a UTI coming on I take about 2 to 3 cups of tea a day until I get relief and then taper back to 1 cup a day for preventative measure. It tastes pretty good. I particularly like it as an iced tea. It also doesn’t turn my urine a funny color! Hope this helps someone.
