We have a lot on our plates right now and I haven’t even thought about V-day. He may have though, since we need to get this show on the road.LOL

I hope he proposes then! A NYC proposal in the park in the snow would be romantic!

@armychica06: That will be a fun trip! Your post actually made me start thinking about V-day – I hadnt thought about it yet though! Your man is sweet for planning so early!

My Boyfriend or Best Friend is working from 4p-1a on V-Day, so unless he sneaks me in on his lunch hour, I’m expecting on spending it with the other 3 loves of my life…my kitties Paige, Phoebe and Gote!  😉

I’m always the person who plans things crazy early and I haven’t even thought of Valentine’s Day yet! Haha! I’m hoping that your trip is THE trip for you! How exciting would that be?! Laughing I know, I know… I’m fueling the fire that you didn’t want fueled… Ah!

Anyway, sounds like a romantic trip. I hope you still get to go! I’ve always wanted to visit New York, but it’s no overnight trip for me!

@armychica06:  Hope your trip is magical!!

Me, personally?  I’m a firm believer in “Hope for the best, expect the worst.”  We’ve got an established timeline of October of 2011 for an engagement.  I’m not expecting to get engaged until Halloween…period.  Makes it easier when I’m not always looking for it around every corner.

You never know what he could have up his sleeve, and one thing I know is there are a LOT of places in the city where you can get decent prices for rings up there!  SO he may already have it or he may be planning on getting it.  You never know.  I know you are excited, but like we talked about the other day…don’t let your heart get settled on it so you don’t get disappointed.
