This is going to sound terrible, but we really don’t do anything. I mean, we did our first… four Valentine’s Days, I think. We’ll probably go out to dinner with a gift card we have, or else buy a bottle of wine and cook dinner together at home. (We do the second all the time anyway, haha.)

We stopped buying each other presents for “days” a long time ago. We once in awhile buy each other random surprise presents instead. We’re boring!

Haha, we are boring too lilyfaith!  We will probably just go out to dinner with a groupon we have or something.  We’re really trying to save money these days.

We don’t do anything either.  It is always so crowded and crazy out on Valentine’s Day that is isn’t worth the hassle to me.

We usually don’t do anything. We get eachother cards and that’s really it. To us it’s any other day. We love each other and do nice things whenever so Vday shouldn’t be out of the ordinary in our opinion.

ohh i love painting pottery! my fi… not so much. he went with me once and his creative juices just weren’t flowing. i’m proudly displaying his cup in our kitchen, holding our pens though!

i don’t know what we’re doing yet. i’m so burnt from wedding planning i don’t really want to think about it. my friend got me a heart shaped cake pan for my shower so that might get used, and that’s all i’ve got so far.

I love valentines day!!!! mostly because my Boyfriend or Best Friend does something really sweet for me every year, so I really look forward to it!

This year I am getting him a new iphone! I saved my money for like 4 months to be able to afford it lol. His got stolen so I figure its the least I could do with all the sweet things he has done for me in the past.

I also love Valentine’s Day…it’s one of the few holidays where a person can be as involved as he or she wishes. I actually loved Valentine’s Day when I was single. I was my own Valentine! Now that I’m engaged, I’ll still be honoring myself, and will add Fiance into the mix.

Technically, I don’t know what we’re doing….he says it’s a surprise! So exciting!

We’re going to a favorite city three hours north of us for to see our favorite band in concert and stay overnight.  He planned the whole thing out as my Christmas present and it just happened to fall on Valentine’s day.  I had a card made using two of the pictures from our elopement and a keyring of a closeup in black & white.  I’m sure I’ll come up with a few more surprises before then…..I love spoiling him!

We kind of avoid it- I’d like to celebrate it, but it makes me a little grouchy that it’s one day that people put too much stock into (IMHO) and feel that they are a bad SO if they don’t get them anything because the jewelry commercial on the TV told them so. Yes, it is cute, but slighty overrated. I do like the V-Day stuff at target that you can use for your home, etc., like the cute little pink owl hand towels, lol! But yeah, the Fiance and I kind of just ignore it most years. Nothing against anyone who does celebrate it, though! 🙂

I’m kinda glad a lot of people don’t do much. We might do some kind of dinner. As of right now, it looks like we will doing our tasting for wedding on that day so our moms will be with us!

Glad to see I’m not alone. Fiance gets a free pass on V-day. I was never really into it.

I need to figure out what to do for angry pink heart day.  I bought Boyfriend or Best Friend a balloon two(?) years ago, and it is still as inflated as when I first got it for him…  So no balloon.
