So, I will start with, I am not much of a cook, but I would like to do something special for valentinesnday dinner at home. I could really use some good, but easy, recipes from all you wonderful bees!!!

@Squirrelz15: What kind of food do you like?
I use this one food blog quite often. Some stuff is for more experienced people in the kitchen, but not all. And it’s pretty detailed. It may not be for you, but at least it has great photos to check out!

Chicken Parmesan and spaghetti?
Linguine with clam sauce is easy (red or white)
Stuffed chicken is easy- pound chicken breasts until they are thin (or buy them that way) add a pice of deli meat ham and cheese or brocolli and cheese, roll up and stick a toothpick in the middle, cover in breadcrumbs and bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked.

@Squirrelz15: my Darling Husband was going to make me chicken lasagna with cream sauce. Pm me if you want the recipe! My other favorite thing is lamb and Cous Cous. What are you looking for though? Do you want a 5 course meal or just an entree?

@sourcandy: we my bf will eat anything, but i love shrimp, fish, chicken, and steak on occation, so there are a lot of options. I will definitely check out that site!
@jnov12: these sound really good. The stuffed chicken sounds especially good, and it something we haven’t had before.
@Spade504: I am only looking for a 3 course. I would probabl. Loose my mind trying to do 5 dishes at once. lol.
